¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup white vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small container with a lid and shake well, or combine in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes for flavors to blend together.
Keep in airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Ingredients may separate when stored. Shake or stir to re-mix.
