Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
3 dates, pitted and sliced in half
3 carrots, shredded (about 2 cups)
1 frozen banana
¼ cup walnuts
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk as needed to thin.
  2. Serve immediately!
