The Food Bank is able to serve 46,000 people a week thanks to our cherished volunteers who dedicate a little time in order to make a big impact in their community. Last year, our volunteers worked 85,838 hours helping feed hungry families.
Thanks to volunteers like Kerry Watson, we were able to provide 28 million meals last year to Central Texans in need.
After volunteering for a couple of months, Kerry has recently taken on the responsibility as a volunteer leader. He will be volunteering at least once a week and will help other volunteers ensure all food is properly sorted. Learn more about him below:
