Ingredients
¼ cup warm water
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons of low sodium soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons of brown sugar

PREPARATION

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the warm water and peanut butter until it looks creamy.
  2. Add the vinegar, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
