With Valentine’s Day approaching, shelves at stores are stocked with gifts for significant others, but there’s others ways to share the love and with more people as well. Don’t forget to share the love with families that are struggling to put food on the table. Pick up a gift for that special someone and a can vegetables or fruit for a senior who lives on a limited income. Share the love in February by helping your neighbors in need.
All through the month of February, you can drop off healthy non-perishable food donations at Orangetheory Fitness at Southpark Meadows. Suggested items are the Food Bank clients’ most requested items: peanut butter, canned chicken breast or tuna, canned vegetables, canned fruit in its own juice (no sugar added), dry pinto beans, brown rice, non-fat dry milk powder and 100 percent whole grain cereal.

Monday-Thursday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Sunday: 7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
