Wheels of Sharing Mobile Pantry

Often, small, rural towns in Central Texas do not have the resources to provide basic social services to families in need.  The Wheels of Sharing Mobile Food Pantry fills geographic and service gaps in emergency food assistance.

Each distribution can serve 300 - 500 people, providing them with basic staples, fruits and vegetables, and frozen foods. Participants also got help from CAFB Food Stamp outreach staff in applying for food stamps and other federal assistance programs.
