Print the ordering instructions and fax order form.

Step 1  

View announcements on the Partner Agency home page bulletin board to learn about CAFB closings or schedule changes.

Step 2

Determine when you want to pick up your order.

Agency orders MUST be received by 9:00 a.m. two business days before the order is to be picked up locally or at a delivery site.  

If you pick up your order at the food bank or at a delivery location on Monday you MUST have your order in by Thursday at 9:00 a.m. the previous week.

Make sure to include the correct date and time of your pickup on your order.  Also include a phone number where you can be reached in case of scheduling conflicts or questions regarding your order.

Learn about special items of the week.  View the general shopping list.

Step 4:

Place your order online at harvestcenter.com  or use the fax order form to submit your order.

Web-Order Training

Learn how to order food from Harvest Center online. This training lasts 30 minutes and is conducted via phone. To schedule a training, e-mail Cissy Traynor, at ctraynor@austinfoodbank.org.
