Bites4Good
MindBites.com and student teams from the University of Texas Business School have created two instructional videos to benefit the Food Bank as part of a local charity project called Bites4Good.  Both videos can be purchased and downloaded for $1.99 each. 100% of the proceeds benefit the Food Bank.  Watch short videos to learn something new about produce or learn how to make a "Quiche Lorraine" and "Tarte Tatin".

 


 

Cars and Coffee Austin

10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
John Eagle European has partnered with Leander to host Cars and Coffee Austin the last Sunday of every month from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in Old Town. Phoebe’s Mud will provide the coffee for classic, vintage, antique and exotic automotive enthusiasts.  The event is free with a suggested donation of $5 per person for the Capital Area Food Bank.

Good Neighbor Program (Let your Remarkable Card do the work!)
This program allows you to make direct monetary donations to the Food Bank. Link your Remarkable Card to the Food Bank by completing a Remarkable Application Form at a Courtesy Booth within your local Randalls. Complete the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section by designating #212, the Food Bank's account number, as the recipient of funds. If you have an existing Remarkable Card you can link it to the Food Bank's account number at anytime by completing the steps above. Randall's will donate 1% of each purchase you make throughout the year (which adds up and really helps the Food Bank).  It's that easy – and it doesn't cost you anything!
