The Capital Area Food Bank of Texas is located at 8201 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas -- between William Cannon Drive and Slaughter Lane. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

From the North or South:
Take IH-35 to the Slaughter Lane exit. Head west on Slaughter Lane. Turn right at the first intersection, which is Congress Avenue. The Food Bank is about three-quarters of a mile on the right, just past the salvage yard. From the north, you also can take the William Cannon Drive exit and head south on South Congress. The Food Bank is 1.2 miles south of William Cannon and is on your left.
From the West:
Head east on William Cannon Drive and turn right on South Congress. Or, head east on Slaughter Lane and turn left on South Congress.
From the East:
Take Ben White Boulevard to IH-35 and then follow the north or south directions given above. Public Transportation:
CAFB is on bus route 201, Southpark Meadows.
